REFUND, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

We offer partial refund only if Order is dispatched and customer cancelled the order or not agree to receive order at delivery location. 

We deals in Herbal, Cosmetic and personal care Products, due to safety and hygienic reason we don’t accept Return and refund once product is accepted and received to buyer at delivery location.  

Order Cancellation

Shopper gets their 100% money Full Refund back for a product if Order is cancelled before dispatch and cancelled on Verification Call

Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment.

If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the partial payment (After deducting  2 way shipping cost). 

Refund Policy

In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 7 to 10 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.

The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.

If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
